Pilates classes at Moonshot Centre take place on Wednesdays from 7:00-8:00pm with Fitness Instructor and Pilates Tutor, Nickolove Lovemore.

There is a lot of emphasis on developing core strength in Pilates and many individuals find this helps to relieve back pain. In fact, many physiotherapists recommend Pilates to their clients.
