FLOW (Family Learning Open Weekend) takes place Saturday 27 March to Sunday 28 March from 11:30am to 5:30pm each day. It’s designed to give families the opportunity to sample some of the many activities that are available through IRIE! dance theatre and learn about African and Caribbean dance, music and culture in a fun-filled way. The activities all take place at Moonshot Centre and (weather-permitting) in Fordham Park.
General admission is just £5 each day for families and £3 for individuals.
Activities will include:
~ African Dance
~ Caribbean Dance Fusion
~ Drumming and Percussion
~ Storytelling
~ Mask Making
And more…
There will also be face-painting, a Play Bus and a Bouncy Castle - always a big favourite.
On Sunday you can enjoy a delicious traditional Caribbean lunch for only £4.50 adults and £2.50 for children.
