Terms and conditions for youth sessions before payment
The 10-week terms are designed to help Children and Young People (CYP) build confidence, spark creativity and have fun. Therefore, block bookings of 2 or more weeks are for consecutive weeks only. This helps us retain the services of the tutor, ensuring CYP don't miss out on the creative progression.
We believe consistency is key to CYP's development. Therefore, block bookings cannot be used on an "ad hoc" basis or split across different dates. Your child’s spot is reserved for them for the duration of their 5 or 10-week block starting from their first session.
We understand that CYP sometimes get under the weather! However, to keep our community classes sustainable, we cannot offer refunds or "make-up" credits for missed sessions within a block booking.
